If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via mobile money transfer. For card/mobile money orders, refunds are returned to the original payment method.
